Step 2: Registration and Payment
Complete your registration and payment to create an account and access your Dedicated Client Portal.
Step 3: Access Your Dedicated Client Portal
Log in to your Client Portal, your online workspace, where you’ll find:
Your Client Portal is a secure space designed to ensure safe data transfer.
Step 4: Submit a Video Request, Upload Footage and Set Video Preferences
Before you submit a new video request, ensure you have a link* copied to your uploaded video footage.
Inside your Client Portal select ‘New Request’. Next fill out the preference form and paste your footage link there. The form covers basic information like:

Want to Be Totally Surprised?
Select the ‘Surprise Me’ option, in the New Video Request form in your Client Portal and we’ll handle everything.
We’ll create and edit a video that aligns with your previous videos or brand style, removing non-essentials to highlight the best parts. Delivery and reviews follow the usual turnaround times.
